Job Duties: Direct and control daily operations; Evaluate daily operations; Plan and organize daily operations; Plan and control budget and inventory; Hire, train and supervise staff; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Evaluate daily operations; Supervise 10-15 people.

Work in beauty salon with odours.

Employment Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; at least one year of work experience in nail salons.

Strong knowledge of nail care services, products, hygiene, and sanitation standards; Ability to oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, service quality, inventory control, and customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Reliability; Team player.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 35 hours/week

Wage: $36.00/hour
