We are currently looking for a passionate individual to fill the position of "Digital marketing Specialist" at our private limited Company, R&A Brothers Ltd.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English with great communication skills. Candidates must have a minimum education of a bachelor’s degree. We are looking for someone who holds experience in a similar position or field with a minimum of Three (3) years to less than three (5) years.
Areas of experience and specialization must include computer and technology knowledge. Experience with many Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook are crucial for potential candidates. Ideal candidates should also have experience with electronic mail and google drive. Spreadsheet experience is also considered a strong asset.
The candidate will be an important part of the company. You will be required to be responsible of our other staff members. You will be required to supervise professional and support staff along with volunteers and students. You will hire and recruiting staff along with implementing training of new hires. The candidate will develop different kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes. You will develop policies and evaluate communication strategies and programs. You will be in charge or providing consultation on planning and starting of new businesses and prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content etc. You will handle and preform administrative tasks and be expected to write speeches, presentations, and press releases. The candidate will have to conduct surveys and analyze data on buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers along with comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. You will have to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material and develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs. You will be required to develop and organize workshops, meetings ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes and gather research, preparing communications material. The candidate will consist analytical marketing studies and social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends. You will design market research questionnaires and develop portfolio of marketing materials. You will be required to conduct online marketing, E-commerce and website promotions while developing marketing strategies. You also will deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia and develop and implement business plans. You will have to maintain a digital database and write draft and edit press releases, newsletter and communication materials and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
We are looking for a client focused, organized individual who has efficient interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and is a team player who is accurate and reliable. The ideal candidate must be able to take initiative and flexible as well as accurate and must be able to have excellent judgement.
The work conditions and physical capabilities in this busy workspace will require you to work under pressure with tight deadlines. It is crucial that the candidate is able to pay close attention to details for this position as it is a fast-paced environment that can be demanding with large workloads.
This is a permanent full time position the requires 37.5 hours per week with an hourly pay of $34.00/hour. Youth, Indigenous people, and newcomers to Canada are welcome and encouraged to apply.
There will be supervision of 1-2 individuals at a time. A criminal record check will be conducted on the potential candidate before hired.
