Job Description:
- Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Keep records, such as amount and cost of food served and hours worked by employees.
- Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.
- Respond to Customer issues and requests.
- Inspect kitchen and dining area to ensure sanitary standards are met.
- Ensure the food and service meets the quality control standards.
- Assist and provide necessary training to employees.
