Hoffman's Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring Janitors for their company located at 3345 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, V5R 0A7.

Number of positions – 2

This is a full-time and permanent position.

The duties of the Janitors will be as follows.

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.

Skills required:

Completion of secondary school is an asset but not mandatory.
On-the-job training will be provided.

Wage and benefits

Wage being offered is $22.50 per hour.

Hours of work

Minimum 40 hours per week
Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends

This position is open to indigenous persons, vulnerable youth and newcomers to Canada.
