Specific Skills
- Wash and peel vegetable and fruit
- Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
- Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
- Unpack and store supplies in refrigerator, cupboards and other storage areas
- Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
- Remove dishes before and after courses, wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
- Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
