Description:
A&W Duncan is looking to hire a full time Night Food Service Supervisor who can start immediately. Needed to work during the week and be capable of closing late hours and doing lockup. Prior closing experience needed.
Work Location: 5838 Trans Canada Hwy duncan, V9L 3S1
Position: Night Food Service Supervisor
Hourly rate:$20/hr Overtime at 1.5 after 8 hours paid/day
Hours Per Week: 32-40
Job Entitlements:
- Prepare food for guests
- Maintain Kitchen efficiency
- Train Staff and check off tasks once completed
- Consult in hiring closing staff
- Lock up at end of night
- Run off till reports for close
- Prepare kitchen for proper opening status
- Maintain records of product used and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise others working in designated areas
- Coordinate breaks for the rest of staff
Requirments:
- Must have minimum graduation diploma or
- Prior closing skillset in service industry
