Buttar & Sons Inc. O/A Comfort Inn St. Catharines is looking for one position of RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR for their location at 2 Dunlop Drive, St. Catharines, ON L2R 1A2
Job Title: RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR
Nature of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position
Salary: $37.00 per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate, assign, and assess the work of reservation clerks and other accommodations workers.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Recruit and educate workers on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and business regulations.
• Demand supplies and materials according to the requirements.
• Guarantee smooth activity of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and sort out for support and fix work.
• Answerable for keeping up with all documentation regarding room enlistment, changes, charges, Mastercard exchanges, client support, and support issues.
• Address & resolve issues or complaints and prepare progress reports
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Language: English
Education: College/ CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
