Main Job duties and responsibilities

– Oversee and supervisor the daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products
– Assign, schedule and coordinate work and routes to the team of distributing
– Review and maintain record the shipping documents including invoice, receiving, dispatching and bill of lading.
– Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to shipping
– Develop and improve shipping policies and procedure to improve efficiency and reduce costs
– Resolve any issues related to shipping and products
– Train staff in job duties
– Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and other equipment
– Prepare regular work report

Job requirement:

College diploma in business or commerce
Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements
7 mons+ experience in shipping or logistic field
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of shipping
Time management and organizational capabilities
Ability to work on weekends and evening work shift

Hours: 40.00/week

Salary: $29.00 / hour

Vocation day: 10 days or 4%
